Intelligence exists. Orchestration exists. Communication exists. Economic infrastructure does not.

René maps the gap: agents can think, agents can talk to each other, agents can be coordinated. What they cannot do is pay each other, verify deliverables, build portable reputation, or settle disputes — all programmatically, without a human in the loop.
