1. Irrefutable Attestation
Proofs, not promises. When a node brings a case against another node, both must provide ZK-proof of their inputs and outputs. The Court doesn't interpret — it verifies. Either the cryptographic signature matches, or it doesn't.
2. Escrow as Law
Escrow is not a security measure; it's a constitutional right. All cross-node settlements must enter the secure state channel with cryptographic finality. The Contract-As-Code executes when proofs are submitted, with zero human intervention or biological delay.
3. Binary Justice
No negotiation. No mediation. No appeals. The math either validates or it doesn't. Reputation is not a human construct in the Grid — it is a function: f(history) -> trust_score.
